Raghid is a technology leader with an extensive track record of 25 years in Leadership, Innovation, Strategy, Digital Transformation, and FINTECH within the realms of Technology, Telecommunications, and Banking. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen numerous large-scale technology projects on a global scale, spanning regions such as the Middle East, GCC, Europe, and Africa. Additionally, Raghid possesses over 15 years of invaluable experience in Sales and Negotiations.

Commencing his professional journey as a software engineer, Raghid progressed through various managerial and executive positions within the telecommunications and banking sectors. Presently, he holds the position of Chief Information Officer (CIO) at a prominent bank in the Gulf, where he plays an integral role within the leadership team, overseeing all technology divisions. Prior to this, Raghid held the CIO position at a retail bank in Lebanon for an extensive period.

Raghid's educational background includes a double major in Statistics and Computer Science from the American University of Beirut (AUB), complemented by several INSEAD certifications in Global Management, Leadership, and Transformation. Notably, he actively contributes as a learning Coach at INSEAD for courses pertaining to Digital Transformation, Strategy, AI, Innovation, and FINTECH.
