Founder, Meet Yourself
I’m Dr. Antoine Eid. I am intuitive both by genetics and skills, and creating ideas to help others is my Purpose!
I’m a firm believer that everyone deserves to live to their full potential. My purpose is helping others understand their innate motivators, and helping people better understand each other. To help me do this, I use my passion as a leadership and performance consultant with a background in neuroscience and behavioural genetics, to link science to personality assessment and development. With that I help others dig deep into their innate and thinking motivators and understand what makes them who they are. My experience as current founder of Meet Yourself, and senior associate of the University of Cambridge and head of the Brain-based Leadership Program, allows me to connect with thousands of global leaders and entrepreneurs, and I am very happy sharing that experience with you!

Mayuresh Kothari is an engineer by education with a Bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. He got into Cybersecurity by accident but now considers it Serendipity. His experience since then has been working for large cyber security vendors such as McAfee/Intel Security where he started in product development before moving to pre-sales, Symantec, CrowdStrike and now at Secureworks. Security as a part of the IT discipline is probably one of the most interesting pursuits because it tries to manage the mandate of protecting the organization while staying as invisible as possible to the end-user. This is what makes his life as a Cyber Security practitioner interesting.
On a personal front, he lives in Dubai with his wife and 2 kids, a boy and a girl, aged 6 and 2 respectively. So, most of his free time is spent juggling between being a girl dad and boy dad, so his skill set now includes Braids, Bluey and Lego Tecnic.

Country Manager - South Gulf & Sub Saharan Africa, Nutanix Inc.
Regional Director - Channel Data Centre Specialists CEEMETA, Dell Technologies
It all started during a summer job, mostly helping to assemble PCs and it’s when Technology grew on me. Since then, I’ve completed my master’s degree in computer engineering, built a solid experience through different roles and organizations I’ve worked with & evolved into a renowned industry professional & executive leader. IT has been my field of expertise for more than 20 years working closely with both partners & customers across regional markets across Turkey, Middle East & Africa. With time, I realized that the most fulfilling aspect of my job is to make a real impact on people’s lives as I always felt easiness connecting with others & helping them develop personally/professionally; when the energy is channeled into this, magic happens in boosting business performance
Behind my serious Geek smile, lays a big heart that longs to help others. Therefore, in parallel with my career, I enrolled in a coaching program that set me on a journey of self-discovery enabling me to understand Leadership in a new light & to adopt a holistic approach to Leadership at work. Leading others isn't limited to guiding team members in their daily tasks but rather to supporting them in revealing their strengths & transform into better versions of themselves. This made me tap into myself & evolve as a leader.
Assessing my inner-self & understanding what influenced me throughout the years, be it experiencing different leadership practices, giving up on a passion or climbing the ladder of success, were vital in shaping my leadership style. It boiled down to one straightforward equation of not inflicting on others what we don’t like others to inflict on us. This, along with openness, empathy, transparency and authenticity constitute my value system reflected in everything I engage in. It is how I found my true calling in the Mantra of “Lead, Inspire, Transform and Thrive”, genuinely caring for my clients’ needs & my team members’ aspirations & development to achieve personal & corporate objectives
Recently, alongside my IT career, I have been preparing to launch executive coaching services that would allow me to partner with others on the path of self-growth, transforming into better versions of ourselves. I firmly believe that my professional background serves as a unique asset in my leadership coaching as it makes my perspective on problem solving distinct & effective. I can now share my learnings & empower others, paving the way for positive behavioral change & consequently increasing their corporate performance & career progression. So, let’s inspire and get inspired!

WILDERNESS GUIDE
There is something that unifies us, regardless of why, who or what we are. We all aspire to discover peace in our lives. Or stillness. Or belonging. And within the pace and expectation of society, these are precious commodities. But in an ever changing turbulent world, how can we achieve this together?
I believe it can be achieved in Nature. By re-wilding our perceptions. Wilderness re-connects us with a profound inter-being: that the source of inspiration is within us. It aligns priorities. It explores a redemptive space from which meaningful and original creativity emerges. This is inspired humility. For the moment we recognise this inter-being, is the moment our leadership principles transform.
By using nature and natural leadership as a tapestry, Alan is an accomplished motivational speaker and storyteller, and is a TEDxAmsterdam invitee. His stories tell of wild adventures and life-changing chapters in the bush. Of incredible encounters and a special connection with the world's largest walking mammal; elephants. Of inter-connectedness. And of a recognition that ultimately, how goes it with nature goes it with us.
And how living patterns and principles are absolutely essential in modern leadership. We all have the capacity and responsibility to develop a remarkably different future … one that takes it lead from the wild. One that is innovative, restorative and ecologically aware. To forge together a different way of being with the earth and one another. Because we are in it, with it and from it at all times.
Join Alan in a conversation of impact and discovery to explore our fundamental kinship with nature. It's an invitation to step outside your imagination into the present moment, for it is here we are able to plug into the great operating system of everything: consciousness.
