Mehdi joined Royal Air Maroc in 1998, he led many positions such as Flight & Ground Operations, Catering, Crew Management, Inflight Service, HR, Procurement and IT. Mr. Mohamed El Mehdi DRIOUICHE was promoted in 2014 as Organization and IT Vice President.

Mehdi provides leadership for the continuous development of an innovative, robust, and secure information technology environment throughout the airline.

Mehdi achieved many strategic IT Transformation projects inside the Airline and received Many Awards: Moroccan Government, IATA Gold Fast Travel Program, driving the future of RAM Technology needs as key factor of growth.

When asked to sum up his job in few words, Mehdi’s response is: “Be Innovative, Be Wonderful.” The answer reflects his leadership philosophy, which is based on the “Team co-working and openness” – if you take care of your employees, they take care of your customers, whose business and loyalty allows you to reward your investors.

Mehdi grew up in Casablanca, and graduated as Computer Science Engineer, he has Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement (Bordeaux France) and Bachelor’s Degree in Airline Management (Aix-En-Provence France). He is deeply involved in his work, family and community.
