Mr. Catugas is the Head of Global IT Operation of Arcadis looking after the day‐to‐ day IT Operations in a global scale supporting 28,000 Arcadis staff across the globe in 70 countries, prior of this role he heads the Southeast Asia Region looking after 7 offices across Asia and subsequently the Head of IT of Arcadis Philippines Operation which houses over 2,500 employees in 3 office locations. Mr. Catugas has over 14 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations and Management with extensive hands‐on experience in Managing System, Security, Network, Project Management, Data Center Transformation using wide variety of technologies.
