I’m a digital transformation professional with over 6 years of experience in Digital Strategy, Market Research, Financial Systems, and Agile Project Management. I currently work as a Digital Transformation specialist at BRAC International based in the Africa regional office, Nairobi Kenya, where I provide Digital financial guidance and support within the 6 markets in both Africa and Asia where we have our Microfinance presence. Before joining BRAC International, I worked at Safaricom PLC, as an Agile Coach, Financial Systems Analyst and also as a Digital Transformation Manager in the same organization. I was responsible for accelerating and supporting implementation of relevant and practical digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Strathmore University with certifications in CPA, UX/UI, Agile, CIM, and currently undertaking my Master’s degree at Liverpool John Moores University, specializing in Project management. I’m passionate about using technology as a tool to bridge the gap in offering digital services and drive financial inclusivity.
