Youness is a senior executive with more than 17 years of diversified expertise in technology infrastructure development, data architecture, ERP, telecommunications and projects management. With IT engineering background he started his career in 2006 as an IT project manager within a local Moroccan Bank Crédit Immobilier and Hôtelier leading digitalization projects in many financial areas to comply with the local regulations.

He moved to the 1st biometric excellence center in Morocco belonging to SAGEM security part of Safran Group where he was in charge of the biometric border control systems integration for different countries and governments, in 2009 Youness has accepted the role of Senior IT Manager working for Les Domaines Agricoles, pioneer in the Agricultural activities within Africa region leading the IT transformation plan over 7 years including food industries branches and support functions. In 2015, Youness started a new chapter in his career jumpingto BPO industry and becoming the youngest CIO in Morocco, he accepted the role of CIO Africa in Foundever (Formerly Sitel Group) ensuring the IT service delivery for multinational companies whom decided to build customer service in offshore locations such us Morocco. 2017 is the year where Youness will fully dedicate his mission and time to innovation in CX/IT solutions, covering both France and Africa perimeter and working with the global Foundever teams to best serve clients and maximize customer service satisfaction using best CX/IT approach and technologies. In 2020 Younes has been promoted to IT Client Solutions Director for the southern EMEA countries, supporting clients and operations over Spain, Portugal, Greece, France, Italy, Morocco, Egypt, Senegal and Ivory Coast. Youness is married and has 2 daughters, when he’s not at the office, he’s travelling, hicking or cooking new meals from different cultures.
