Husain ALNakkas is the Chief Information Officer at National assembly of Kuwait (Parliament), where he sets objectives, strategies for the IT department,  Developing strategic plans towards a Digital transformation in the Government domain. He graduated from the university of Dayton, with bachelor’s degree in engineering of computer electronics in the year 1996.  In 2007, he further studied at university of Ryerson in Ontario, Canada and graduated with Master degree in Computer Networks.

He is also Certified in various other Industry Related Certifications from Cisco to Microsoft.
