Bringing over 25 years of diverse experience in IT, Business, and Digital Transformation across the Asia Pacific region, Hendy has had the privilege of contributing to numerous global Digital Transformation projects in the US, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. Currently serving as the Group Chief Information Officer and Head Of Business Process Transformation, he values the opportunity to continually learn and grow in his role. In his current role as Group CIO, Hendy leads the IT team, Digital Factory, and Business Process Transformation team at Meratus Group, while also shouldering additional roles as CISO, CTO, and CDO. Meratus Group is the leading Indonesian logistics & shipping integrator in Southeast Asia. With a workforce of over 5,000 employees, a fleet of 100 vessels, and operations spanning 45 routes within Southeast Asia, along with a network of 40 agencies, 500+ trucks, a container fleet exceeding 70,000 units, 25+ Container Logistic centers, and three container terminals. Meratus Group's regional office is located in Singapore.

Over the course of almost 19 years, he occupied diverse roles within the Regional APAC office of the CMA CGM group, based in Hong Kong and Singapore. Initially, he oversaw the Asia IT Infrastructure, Network, and Security team during his first decade at CMA-CGM. His responsibilities expanded to encompass roles such as Head of Asia IT, overseeing Research, Engineering, Enterprise Software Development, Digital Transformation, and Automation. Additionally, he served as Head of Digitalization – Asia and Business Process Management (Asia) and Senior Manager Asia Business Process Management. Throughout his tenure, he spearheaded numerous global digitalization initiatives.
