Sanjeev Madavi - Synopsis Sanjeev Madavi has 27 years of global experience in Digital transformation, Innovation, New business ventures and Operational Excellence across multiple industries. He is passionate about innovative tech-based business ecosystems and turning businesses into digital enterprises by curating his expertise in harnessing technologies for business and operational excellence, strategic direction, risk governance and process proficiency. In his last assignment as Group Chief Digital Transformation Officer for Khimji Ramdas LLC, he ran the ‘5 To Thrive’ Digital Transformation roadmap to bring innovation, digital models and 4IR emerging technologies to the groups diverse business lines. Prior to that he was the Group Technology Director for the Asyad group looking after the Technology pillar of Oman Logistics Center for SOLS2040 and the digital transformation of its operating companies. He was also the Vice President for Supply Chain Management at Bahwan DHL looking after the 4PL Consortium Technology roadmap for PDO. He has received several recognitions including the 2023 AchieversX CDO Award, 2022 IDC CIO Award, 2022 IDC CISO Award, 2021 Legend CIO Award from World CIO Forum and the 2019 Supply Chain & Logistics Technology Leader of the Year award. Sanjeev is a Civil Engineer from COEP in India with an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and has completed several executive leadership programs, including Harvard’s Building Capability with PDIA, Stanford GSB LEAD program in Corporate Innovation and Wharton’s Corporate Governance and Boardroom Credentials. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration from Swiss Business School on the topic ‘Building Digital Agility for Organizational growth in middle east Enterprises.’
