Jad Hardan Born in 1982 and a holder of a Lebanese passport, Jad Hardan has been living and working in Qatar since 2008. He currently works as the Group Director of Information Technology at Al Faleh Educational Holding, which manages three local schools and the University of Aberdeen in Qatar – (AFG College with the University of Aberdeen) In his role, Jad provides strategic leadership for the development and maintenance of innovative and secure IT systems across all institutions within the group. Prior to his tenure in the higher education sector, Jad combined over 12 years of experience in various information technology sectors, particularly within the hospitality industry. He has successfully managed more than fifty IT projects involving Oracle Hospitality Products and Applications, and has traveled broadly across the Middle East and Europe to execute a variety of IT and applications development initiatives. Academically, Jad is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) in Beirut, in partnership with Université Côte D'Azur in France, with an expected completion date of late 2025. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Roehampton University in London and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of SaintEsprit of Kaslik in Lebanon. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Jad brings 20 years of professional experience to his role.
