Dr. Kalthoom AlBlooshi is currently the Director of the Training and Development Center and Chief Innovation Officer at Emirates Health Services. She’s a Family Physician Specialist with more than 22 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership.  Dr. AlBulooshi strives towards excellence and innovation during her different roles she has held; including leading and managing 16 Hospitals of Ministry of Health and Prevention for 20 years and winning 25 international awards of excellence in hospitals management.

Dr. Kalthoom is keen on continuously developing her skills through enrolling in executive and women leadership programs. Further, she serves as a key member in several clinical and leadership committees and participated in international and national conferences for exploring and sharing knowledge in vital areas of healthcare advancement.

She has published and participated in several research papers, contributing to innovation and excellence in healthcare in UAE.
