In her previous role as Director & Chief Enterprise Business and Corporate Affairs at PT XL Axiata Tbk—now merged into PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk ("XLSMART")—Yessie earned widespread recognition for leading complex enterprise transformations. Her strategic leadership was pivotal in driving business growth, advancing digital innovation, and leading the company’s Net Zero transition through ESG initiatives. Currently, she serves as Director & Chief Information Technology Officer at XLSMART, where she continues to bring her strong technical expertise in IT and digitalization to the forefront.
