I am the Head of IT at Isuzu East Africa Ltd (formerly General Motors East Africa, GMEA), the largest motor vehicle assembler and market leader in the region selling a wide range of Isuzu vehicles. I am an IT leader with expansive experience in managing technology operations for global multinational organizations. Prior to is my current role I previously worked as the IT Manager for General Motors East Africa, Information Security Manager for General Motors Africa and Middle East Operations (AMEO) as well as the position of lead, Information Security and Compliance for General Motors Sub-Saharan Africa covering East and South Africa Markets. I hold a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Nairobi and a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Moi University. I am a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Information technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) – In IT governance. I have earned certifications from leading industry organizations and vendors, which validate my knowledge and skills in areas such as Enterprise systems implementation, network administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and IT project management. I am a graduate of a certificate in Digital transformation from the Singapore Management University.
