Steve Uma is the Head, Information Services and Technology at NSIA Insurance Limited. He is passionate about solving the most challenging business problems of high performing organizations by leveraging innovative IT solutions. He has over 15 years of experience across Banking, Telecommunication, Insurance and Public sectors respectively.

He is a pioneer graduate of Computer Engineering Technology from Babcock University, Nigeria. He also holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the University of Liverpool, UK.

Steve is a 2023 Official Member of Forbes Technology Council, a Member of the Technical Advisory Board of Global Skill Development Council, USA, a recipient of the Leadership and Masters Awards from the Global CIO Forum in 2022 and 2023 respectively, and a Member of the Nigerian Computer Society.
