Stephanie Liew is an Independent Director at Top Glove, the largest rubber gloves manufacturer in the world, where she serves on the Audit and Risk Committee.

Her career spans over two decades in cybersecurity and technology risk governance globally. She most recently served as Chief Information Security Officer for the Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa region at BAT, covering more than 50 markets. Before that she was Executive Director and Head of Information Security Risk Officers at Standard Chartered Bank, following more than ten years in IT risk and governance advisory at KPMG and BDO.

She is Vice President of the Digital Liveable Cities Wisdom Council at the ASEAN CXO Association, where she works on regional digital governance and the boardroom implications of ASEAN digital policy. She is the author of ANCHOR, a governance framework for non-human identity and agentic AI.
