Sheridan Laroza is Executive Director of Information Technology at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he leads the Clinical Research Group’s APAC IT Centers of Excellence and technology operations across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. His leadership remit spans 27 sites in 16 countries, with responsibilities across regional technology operations, shared services, country IT leadership, governance, and executive stakeholder engagement. He also leads the Manila Corporate IT Center of Excellence, supporting more than 120,000 colleagues globally. With 30 years of technology leadership experience, Sheridan has built and scaled regional and global service organizations, led cross-border technology operations, established service hubs, and driven technology integration for mergers and acquisitions across Asia Pacific.

His experience gives him a unique perspective on the challenges of translating global technology strategy into effective regional execution--particularly across digital transformation, cybersecurity, operational resilience, innovation, and the changing role of technology leadership in healthcare and life sciences. Sheridan is a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer and a multi-year World CIO 200 awardee, including recognition as a 2025 World CIO 200 Global Champion.
