Sanjeev Madavi has over 28 years of global experience in Digital transformation, Innovation, New business setups and Operational Excellence across multiple industries. He is passionate about innovative tech-based business ecosystems and turning businesses into digital enterprises by curating his expertise in harnessing technologies for business and operational excellence, strategic direction, risk governance and process proficiency. He is an avid proponent of Outcome-driven, technology-roadmaps that achieve competitive advantage. He has spent the last 18 years in Oman working on Oil&Gas, Logistics and holding company environments across MEA region.

He is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Kale Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd. Previously, as the Chief Digital Transformation Officer for the Khimji Ramdas Group, he built the ‘5 To Thrive’ Digital transformation roadmap using tech. innovation, digital business models and 4IR emerging technologies for the groups 45 diverse business lines. Prior to that he was the Director of Technology at ASYAD spearheading the implementation of Oman’s 2040 Logistics Strategy (SOLS2040) and spearheading the digital transformation roadmap across 15 of the ASYAD group companies. He has received several accolades and recognitions including the 2023 AchieversX CDO Award from the Royal family of Abu Dhabi, 2022 IDC CIO Award, 2021 Legend CIO Award from World CIO Forum and the 2019 Supply Chain & Logistics Technology Leader of the Year award.

Sanjeev is a Civil Engineer from COEP in India with a MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and has completed several executive leadership programs, including Harvard’s Building Capability with PDIA, Stanford GSB LEAD program in Corporate Innovation and Wharton’s Corporate Governance and Boardroom Credentials. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration from Swiss Business School on the topic ‘Building Digital Agility for Organizational growth in middle east Enterprises’
