As the Founder and CEO of BlueSPACE Africa Technologies (Africa & UAE), Samuel leads a business financial technology integration company building financial backbone systems & infrastructure for PAN African Trade Finance & Payments with its TransactionOS that enables secure and efficient movement of transactions while positively impacting lives. BlueSPACE's other entitties include BlueSPACE FinancialCLOUD, a B2B fintech SaaS company, and BlueSPACE Innovation Hub, which helps unlock talent and co-create new product ideas with startups in financial services and digital economy accelerating 40+ startups and 5000+ talents in financial services both public and private finance.

In his role at BlueSPACE Africa, Samuel also leads Product Strategy and GTM and forged strategic partnerships with global financial ISVs with an estimated valuation of $600B. He has established key technology partnerships for various African markets with ISV vendors such as FIS Global, Thought Machine, AWS, Google AI, Anthropic AI via AWS Bedrock, Finastra, Finverity, ECS Fin, BPC, Netguardians, SAS, Temenos, Salesforce, and OpenWay

Before founding BlueSPACE, Samuel launched and led both EMC and Dell businesses in Ghana, where he was responsible for strategy and business development across multiple lines of technology business and verticals. He co-founded EMC Ghana (annual revenues of $5m) and later served as Dell Ghana CEO/Data Management Product Lead for Emerging Markets (30 countries), overseeing a business with annual sales of $15m +

A frequent technology speaker in Africa and Europe at events such as Ghana CEO Summit, Tech In Ghana & London, Valetta Tech Summit, and BlueSPACE DevCon, etc. Samuel also serves as board advisor on various startups in Africa and nominated as 3i Africa Summit Ambassador, Mentor for CBDC Product Development by Central Bank of Ghana, Interim Senior Executive for Kingdom Business Forum, as well as VP of Partnership & Funding for the Ghana Fintech Association. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Wayne College Michigan and has participated in Yale & Stanford Open University programs for Business Administration.
