Sadiq is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Asia Pacific Region at Adecco Group based in Singapore. He joined the group in 2021 and reports to the Global Chief Information Officer based in Zurich.

Prior to this, he has held both CIO and senior IT Leadership positions at various organizations – most recently at Levi Strauss, Asia Pacific for 5 years, Johnson and Johnson Asia Pacific and North America for 10 years and his early career at Procter & Gamble Asia Pacific for 14 years across increasing levels of seniority and responsibility.

Throughout his career, he has lived across 6 countries starting his career in India (his country of birth and nationality), and subsequently living in Japan, Indonesia, Philippines, Canada and Singapore.

Sadiq earned his Masters in Business Management at Xavier’s Institute (XLRI) and his Engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT-R) – both highly reputed institutions Globally and in India
