Ronny Tan is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Manulife Indonesia, a position he has held since January 2024. With over two decades of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, Ronny specializes in enterprise digital transformation, change management, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, customer experience, and analytics.

Before joining Manulife Indonesia, Ronny served as Deputy CIO and Head of IT Architect and Engineering at Commonwealth Bank Indonesia. He also held leadership roles at PT Asuransi Jiwa Astra, Citibank, PT Bank ANZ Indonesia, and AIG. His career began in 1998 at Bank Bali, and he has since worked with prominent global and regional financial institutions.
