Prof. Mona Mohamed Nasr is a Professor of Information Systems and a distinguished academic and technology leader with more than two decades of experience in Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

She has held senior leadership and technology roles across academia and government, including Head of the Information Systems Department at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Helwan University; Dean of Thebes Higher Institute for Computer and Management Sciences; Digital Transformation Consultant at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research; and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Helwan University.

Prof. Mona has extensive international experience as a keynote speaker, panelist, researcher, consultant, PhD examiner, and reviewer, contributing to technology and leadership forums across the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. She has been invited to speak and participate in international Women in Technology initiatives and conferences.

Her achievements include recognition among IDC’s Top 50 Women Achievers in the Middle East and being selected as a World CIO 200 Summit winner. She is passionate about empowering women in technology, fostering inclusive digital transformation, and leveraging emerging technologies to create sustainable and inclusive digital growth.
