Ozel Hurmuzlu is the Head of Institutional Quality Management at Qatar University, bringing over a decade of experience in advancing quality assurance and institutional excellence. He has extensive expertise in enterprise risk management, strategic planning, and performance improvement, contributing to the development of integrated systems and leading university-wide initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement. He is also an active contributor to the TASMU Smart Qatar Program, supporting national digital transformation efforts. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctorate in Higher Education Management, with a research focus on the implications of artificial intelligence in higher education.
