With over 15 years of experience in the NHS at local, regional, and national levels, Natalie Schofield has been at the forefront of delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes and spearheading key policy initiatives to foster sustainable digital maturity within the NHS.

Natalie's most notable achievements include the ICS Establishment Programme, which facilitated the transition from STPs to ICS, and the PHM Development Programme, which developed sustainable PHM capabilities for data-driven care model redesign and most notably leading the Digital Maturity Programme, defining and measuring digital capabilities for NHS organisations across England.

Currently, as the Head of CDIO Programmes, Natalie leads Digital, Data and Technology Transformation across West Yorkshire, driving digital innovation and excellence in healthcare
