Nasr M. Al-Saleh is an Executive Manager within the Project Management Office at the National Bank of Oman (NBO), where he leads a portfolio of strategic, regulatory, and technology-driven transformation initiatives. ● His experience spans digital transformation, banking technology, management consulting, strategy, and large-scale program delivery across the financial services, Oil & Gas and public sectors. ● Prior to NBO, Nasr was a Consulting Manager at PwC, advising government and public-sector organizations across Oman and the GCC on strategy, operating models, digital transformation, and institutional development. He was also seconded to Oman’s Ministry of Finance, where he led the design and implementation of the country’s first Treasury Single Account initiative. Previously, Nasr was a Senior Reservoir Characterization Field Engineer at Schlumberger, Oman. ● Nasr holds an MSc in Engineering Management from Penn State University, where he studied as a Fulbright Scholar, and a BSc in Mechanical & Materials Engineering from Queen’s University. He is also an alumnus of the Royal Academy of Management’s Etimad National Leadership Program and the National Program for Youth Skills Development. ● At the Oman CIO 200 Summit 2026, Nasr brings a practitioner’s perspective on translating technology and digital innovation into measurable business transformation
