Mohd Rezal Zakaria is an experienced IT Enterprise Architecture professional with over 27 years of expertise spanning in IT infrastructure, system operations, cybersecurity, project management, and digital transformation. His career has been shaped by diverse roles across sectors including banking, stock exchange, manufacturing, healthcare, research, and government-linked agencies. With 18 years of experience in the financial sector which 14 of those were in banking, he had successfully led major initiatives including data centre relocations, core banking infrastructure projects, and business continuity programs.

He holds a Master’s in IT and numerous professional certifications such as Digital Transformation Professional, Agile Project and Delivery Management, Technology Risk and Business Continuity. He also served as an ISO 37001 ABMS and ISO 9001 internal auditor, He also led process reengineering projects in his current role as Head of IT and Operations.

His strength lies in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring resilience, compliance, and operational efficiency. With proven track records in managing high-impact projects without service disruption, he is passionate about continuous improvement through innovation and strategic planning.

Outside of work, he is actively contributing to community initiatives and leadership roles, including resident associations and school boards. He is also an casual cyclist, recreational angler, and DIY enthusiast.
