Mohamed Sadat is an award-winning cybersecurity executive and the current Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Paymob. With over 15 years of experience across IT and cybersecurity in the financial and technology sectors—including roles at Raya Contact Center, Raya Data Center, Egyptian Credit Bureau (IScore), and Egyptian Banks Company (EBC)—he is known for leading cyber resilience, digital trust, and regulatory compliance across Egypt, UAE, KSA, Oman, and Pakistan.

He holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from EC-Council University and an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University, with a focus on strategic business leadership. Mohamed also holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from Modern Academy for Engineering and Technology and a portfolio of elite certifications including CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CCISO, GRCP, GRCA, and ISO 27001/22301 Lead Auditor.

Dedicated to shaping the future of cybersecurity, Mohamed serves as Vice President of the ISACA Cairo Chapter and is a member of the EC-Council CCISO Exam Committee. He actively mentors young professionals through platforms like CyberTalents and has been recognized as “Arab CISO of the Year” and an IDC CISO Awards finalist.
