Leading the Cybersecurity Department at the Ministry of Finance of Egypt, with over 24 years in the IT field in general, and in network and security in particular. Also has extensive experience in training in the public and private sectors, exceeding 20 years. In addition to obtaining a Ph.D. with a research thesis on “the impact of cybersecurity on e-government services” from Ain Shams University 2022, he holds postgraduate studies in information technology and entrepreneurship from the University of Connecticut - New York - USA (2008), a fellowship degree in information technology and data security from Crowder College - Missouri – USA (2010), and the International Executive Director Program from India 2012 He has received several honors from the US State Department and the General Union of Top Students in the United States during his studies in the United States of America. I also received certificates and letters of thanks from many parties in America, India, and Egypt. Dr. Mohamed is a certified engineer from several international companies, such as Microsoft, Cisco, and EC-council. He is also a certified cyber security analyst from EC-council. My expertise in network communications and administration underpins our strategy to fortify the nation's digital defenses.
