Mohamed Humaid Al-Yahyae iis a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in financial strategy, treasury management, investment governance, business transformation, and operational excellence across large-scale organizations in Oman. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG, where he leads the company’s finance and IT functions, driving financial restructuring, treasury optimization, process automation, and strategic transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Mohamed held senior leadership positions at Oman Oil Marketing SAOG and Muscat Electricity Distribution Company, where he played a key role in funding strategies, subsidiary establishment, digital transformation, and corporate governance. Throughout his career, he has successfully led major financing programs, cost optimization initiatives, ERP implementations, and organizational restructuring projects that enhanced operational efficiency and shareholder value. Mohamed holds an MBA from Vienna University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Sultan Qaboos University. He is also an ACCA and ACPA member and holds multiple international certifications in finance, investment, innovation, and change management.
