Smart Labs as Key Drivers to Digital Transformation of NEUST as a Smart University. Result 300+ desktop computers coming from CHED worth 25 million; 

Strengthening The Engineering and Technology- based Curricular Programs In The New Normal Through Integration of Robotics- resulting to establishment of robotics lab worth 15 million. 

Official trainer of DICT on Cybersecurity Competency Framework, Foundations of Computer Emergency Response Team, Cybersecurity Awareness, Data Driven Governance, Emerging Technologies AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation.

Technology trainer for various national government agencies on Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Data Driven Governance, and Cybersecurity.

Developed training materials for: Information Security, Digital Transformation Workshop for Government Agencies and Artificial Intelligence Training Workshop.

Currently the CIO, CISO, DPO and MIS Director of NEUST. 

Currently serving as the VP for External of the Cabanatuan ICT Council and consultant of national government agencies such as DICT, NIA, DHSUD and other agencies.
