Manju is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record in leading IT operations across enterprise, EdTech, and manufacturing sectors. She has successfully managed large-scale global programs and spearheaded transformative initiatives that deliver significant business outcomes and value. As the Global Director of IT at IB, Manju is responsible for engineering builds, IT operations, and transforming IB’s technology landscape into a modern, simple, scalable, and secure footprint.

Prior to joining IB, Manju served as the Chief Information Officer at Globalfoundries and Vice President for Digital Manufacturing from 2012 to 2022. She holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Newcastle, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bangalore University, and a General Management Program (GMP) certification from Wharton. Manju is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL certified. She is a recognized industry leader, honored with several awards, including the CIO Asia Award and the STEP Honoree Award from the US Manufacturing Institute.
