At Changi Airport Group (CAG), Joe Chiu works closely with key stakeholders to strategize, lead, develop and implement IT programs that are aligned with the company’s Digital Master Plan. He oversees two of the digital transformation tracks: “Connecting to Customers" Thrust, which aims to deliver highly personalized and user-centric services to customers, and “Innovation with Information” Thrust, that provides more data driven, relevant & timely info to customers & stakeholders with good use of data management, analytics & AI.
Joe looks after various enterprise IT programs under the Technology Chapter, such as the enterprise portal & content management systems, micro-services, e-services, mobile services, kiosk services, instant feedback system & services, indoor location & way finding services, enterprise maps & enterprise customer relationship management services. Other key areas including enterprise data management (data lake, data extract/transform/load, data warehouse, master data management, advanced data modelling & analytics, business intelligence solutions and enterprise chatbots with artificial intelligence & ML capabilities.
He currently is the Board member of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business Analytics Centre Advisory Board, member of Singapore Red Cross (SRC) Information Technology Advisory Panel & Board member of the Future Travel Experience (FTE) Aviation Industry Advisory Board
