As Director of PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika, an IT solution provider company in Indonesia (part of Metrodata Group), she leads strategic functions including sales, marketing, managed services, and application development delivery, while advancing digital talent initiatives to deliver impactful IT solutions and long-term value. She began her career in 2002 as a Helpdesk and Customer Care professional at PT Metrodata Sentra Layan, building a strong foundation in customer engagement and technical support. Her journey then continues from Bid Manager in 2004 to Division Manager in 2010, and Director since 2014, which reflects consistent growth and strong leadership. She also plays a pivotal role in advancing Metrodata Academy, supporting Indonesia’s digital talent ecosystem, with a strong focus on accelerating business growth in an evolving digital landscape.
