Fouad Chahmi is a seasoned finance executive and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 17 years of international experience spanning the UAE, France, and global markets. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at Arthur D. Little Middle East & India, he oversees financial strategy, operations, legal, tax, and compliance across seven regional entities.

Previously, Fouad held leadership roles at MPH Group (Assystem) and Ernst & Young Abu Dhabi, managing multi-country financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance. He began his career at PwC Paris, where he led audits for major international clients and specialized in IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX compliance.

Fouad holds a Master's in Accounting from Paris Dauphine University, is a French Chartered Accountant, a UAE Federal Tax Authority-approved Tax Agent, and a holder of the UAE Golden Visa. Multilingual in French, Arabic, and English, he is also passionate about youth empowerment and education, actively contributing to organizations like INJAZ UAE and Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi.
