Assistant Secretary-General for Information Systems and Digital Transformation at the Cabinet of Ministers since September 2019, Arab Republic of Egypt. He has been a member of the Supreme Council of Culture since July 2025. Member of the Advisory Board of the Digital Egypt Initiative since 2022. Member of the Advisory Board of the Youth Research Program at the National Center for Social and Criminological Research since 2024. Head of the Information and Decision Support Center and Head of the National Committee for Crises and Disasters between 2018 and 2019; . He was also a member of the Supreme Council for Cybersecurity between 2014 and 2020, and a member of the technical team that contributed to the localization of the internet in Egyptian government entities during the 1990s. He writes numerous specialized technical articles for several magazines, newspapers and websites He possesses over 30 years of experience in consulting, designing and managing information systems and communication networks, digital transformation solutions, information security, artificial intelligence, designing and managing crisis and disaster management systems, handling government complaints, developing information centers, and conducting decision support and development studies. He has participated in the examination of numerous master's and doctoral theses in the fields of information technology, economics, political science, media, and special education. He has published eight books on digital transformation and the information age.
