He writes numerous specialized technical articles for several magazines, newspapers and websites He possesses over 30 years of experience in consulting, designing and managing information systems and communication networks, digital transformation solutions, information security, artificial intelligence, designing and managing crisis and disaster management systems, handling government complaints, developing information centers, and conducting decision support and development studies. He has participated in the examination of numerous master's and doctoral theses in the fields of information technology, economics, political science, media, and special education. He has published eight books on digital transformation and the information age.
