Dr.Rasha ELBanna is an academic and digital transformation professional with extensive experience in digital arts, creative technologies, innovation, and capacity building. She serves as Academic Expert | Director of Digital Arts & Marketing at Digital Egypt Generations, under Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology She is also the Egypt Country Chair of the G100 Media, Arts & Communication Wing, and Educational Manager at Women in Tech® Egypt, where she contributes to empowering women, youth, and creative professionals through knowledge, technology, leadership, and innovation. Dr. Rasha has led and supported several national initiatives focused on digital skills, youth empowerment, AI in creative industries, entrepreneurship, and future-ready talent development. Her work bridges academia, industry, government programs, and global communities, with a strong focus on preparing young professionals for the evolving digital economy. She is active in public speaking, mentoring, curriculum development, and judging innovation and technology competitions.
