He holds a B.Tech from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Applied [Computational] Geophysics from the University of Ibadan, and an MBA in Information Technology from Cumbria University, London.

A certified CGEIT and CET professional from ISACA, Dr. Fagbemi has participated in top executive management, leadership, and banking programs both locally and internationally, reinforcing his expertise in IT governance, business transformation, and financial strategy.
