Dr. Mohamed Kholief is a digital transformation, innovation, ICT, strategy, and entrepreneurship consultant with more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing institutional transformation, digital economy, and SME competitiveness programmes across the Middle East and North Africa. He serves on the ICT Research Council of Egypt’s Academy of Scientific Research and Technology and the Board of the Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications. He is also a Digital Transformation Advisor to the Arab Administrative Development Organization, a UNDP-certified digital transformation consultant, and an accredited trainer at Egypt’s National Training Academy. Dr. Kholief has led strategic and technical assignments in partnership with UNDP, USAID, UNIDO, JICA, GIZ, IFC, and the British Council. His work covers digital transformation, artificial intelligence, innovation management, fintech, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, industrial transformation, and technology governance. He has extensive experience supporting SMEs, industrial companies, startups, and government institutions in developing business models, improving digital readiness, adopting emerging technologies, and building sustainable innovation ecosystems. He has also designed and delivered incubation, acceleration, capacity-building, and leadership programmes benefiting thousands of entrepreneurs, executives, government officials, and university students. Dr. Kholief is the founder of Integrated Knowledge Dynamics (IKD) and Innovative Digital Solutions and lectures on innovation, entrepreneurship, strategy, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence.
