Dr. Tahiri Jouti has led numerous consulting assignments across Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, advising governments, development institutions, and financial stakeholders on Strategy, Financial technologies and sustainable development.

He is also the author of several books ‘The Unlearning Process of Nations’, ‘Building Middle Class nations’, ‘Cash waqf and Financial Instruments’, ‘The Fourth Market Theory and Paths to differentiation’. He also co-authored many reports and standards such as ‘The Climate Finance Readiness Index 2023”, ‘Bridging Islamic finance with SDGs through Financial Technologies’ and ‘CIBAFI GHG Measurement Tool’.
