Damir Jaksic serves as Chief Information Officer and Executive Director of Digital Advisory Services at KEO Group, a global AEC firm operating across 60+ countries. Over a 25-year career, Damir has built digital capabilities from the ground up at some of the world's most respected engineering organizations - delivering measurable outcomes across digital transformation, enterprise AI, cybersecurity, smart infrastructure, and cloud strategy. At KEO, he led the creation of its Digital Advisory Services practice, now serving clients across the GCC and Europe, and built a thought leadership engine spanning 30+ published works across industry platforms including CIO.com, Autodesk, and Construction Business News Middle East. He has been recognized as CIO of the Year and Digital Visionary of the Year. A keynote speaker at events including the Big 5 Future Tech Summit and CXO Insight Middle East, Damir brings equal conviction to the strategic and the human - believing that lasting transformation is built on culture as much as code. He holds a Master's Degree in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia.
