Carlo is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of international experience in risk management, business continuity, and information security, having held senior roles in leading organizations across Europe and the Middle East. He has a proven track record of aligning risk and resilience strategies with corporate objectives and driving organizational performance.

Currently serving as Head of Risk & Business Continuity at Abu Dhabi Airports Company, Carlo leads the development and implementation of enterprise-wide frameworks that enhance operational resilience and ensure business continuity across critical airport operations. His strategic leadership has been instrumental in embedding a culture of risk awareness and preparedness within the organization.

Carlo is a member of the BCI UAE Chapter Committee and was recognized as the "Continuity and Resilience Industry Personality of the Year 2019" by BCI Middle East. He has also received multiple accolades across the region for his contributions to the advancement of risk and continuity practices.

He holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and an MBA, equipping him with the analytical depth and business acumen essential for effective risk governance.
