Caleb Jimoh is Head of Innovation at BrainWave AfricaTech, a Ghana-based digital transformation firm and certified IBM and Microsoft partner serving governments, financial institutions, and enterprises across West Africa. He leads the design of BrainWave Cortex, a modular enterprise operations platform built on the Microsoft 365 stack, and oversees the firm's enterprise solution architecture and innovation hub strategy. A legal engineer by background, Caleb holds an LLM in Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law from Queen Mary University of London and has previously worked at Linklaters and Luminance AI — operating at the intersection of law, artificial intelligence, and enterprise process design. He is a Lean Six Sigma practitioner. His focus is helping African enterprises move from fragmented, manual operations to integrated digital platforms — part of a generation building the digital infrastructure West African enterprises will run on for the next twenty years.
