Am a 45 year old graduate of Maseno University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering and MSc. in IT Management from University of Nairobi. Other certifications include PRINCE2, CISA, CCNA, A+, N+, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma blackbelt, ITIL, MCSE 2003, and SLDP and SMC from Kenya School of Government.

I have more than 20 years’ experience in ICT systems 15 of which I have been in ICT Management in various organizations. Am experienced in overall day –to- day managing of ICT function, analyzing business needs and recommend appropriate and cost-effective technical solutions, ensuring user support on all systems and ICT equipment, development of project plan and work schedules, ICT budgeting, implementation of ICT operations, managing and resolving project issues, infrastructure and information systems management, managing project scope and change control, ICT security and Audit, manage the contracting of vendors for IT services and managing project risks . Currently working as the Director ICT, County Government of Nyandarua. Previous organizations i have worked include Trinity Holdings in South Sudan, ABNO Softwares, AGX Systems and Geomaps Africa.
