Throughout his career, Anas has successfully delivered large-scale business and technology transformation programs, including enterprise ERP implementations, cloud modernization initiatives, shared services operating models, AI-enabled solutions, and smart infrastructure technologies. He has managed technology portfolios exceeding SAR 150 million, led multidisciplinary teams of up to 65 professionals, and driven digital transformation across organizations operating in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt. Currently serving as IT Director and Shared Services Lead at RUA Al Haram Al Makki, Anas is leading strategic initiatives that support Saudi Vision 2030, including enterprise platforms, Digital Twin capabilities, GIS integration, data-driven decision-making, and smart city enablement.
