I am energised and motivated by identifying, catalysing and delivering impactful and sustainable people-centric organisational capability through Information and Technology.

I understand the value and interconnectedness of Data, Digital, People and Information Technology to deliver tangible outcomes, and I understand how to link these to an organisation’s strategic objectives to drive performance - enabling and multiplying capability to create competitive advantage.

I do this by bringing to bear over 20 years’ experience in senior technology roles, having lead teams internationally for organisations with up to 3,000 employees, 40,000 volunteers 10 million supporters - operating globally with revenue up to $1B. This experience cuts across numerous and varied sectors, technical domains, cultures and geographical regions, worldwide - including Defence, Construction & Engineering, Government Services, Expeditionary Infrastructure, Aviation Solutions, IT & Communications, Dispersed Contingency Operations, Equipment and Systems, Worldwide Power Generation, Global Disaster Relief, Global Logistics, Direct Marketing (multi-vertical), Not-for-Profit Maritime Search and Rescue, Human Rights, Cyber and Automotive.

I held my first £Multi-Million IT leadership role at an early age, by 31 I had achieved an MBA with Distinction. I am a British Computer Society-Chartered IT Professional (and also Chartered IT Professional Assessor on behalf of the BCS), certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF) and Project Management Professional (PMI).
