Precept Human Capital & Corporate Advisory Limited

Andrew is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Precept Human Capital and Corporate Advisory, a consulting
firm dedicated to assessing, profiling, training, coaching and equipping Africa’s next generation of private and public

services. Since Precept’s inception in 2019, Andrew has guided Precept into a dynamic entity, developing future
corporate leaders and platforms in the financial services industry.
 After he founded Precept, Andrew became the Group Chief Executive Officer for Letshego Holdings Limited in
January 2020. Andrew wasresponsible for shaping and leading the execution of Letshego’s visionary Transformation
Strategy. Underpinned by the digitalisation of systems and processes across geographies and customer journeys,
this strategy saw a clear transition away from the traditional legacy approach onto world-class methodologies and
business practice. Through a well-articulated plan, entitled the ‘6-2-5 execution roadmap’, Andrew renewed the
Group’s focus around five Strategic Conversations that unlocked the Group’s vast regional growth potential.
 Despite the onset of the global pandemic soon after his appointment, Andrew led the successful digitisation of
customer access channels across Letshego’s 11-market footprint, enabling Letshego’s continuity and quality in
customer delivery throughout varying levels of the lockdown. In 2021, the Group marked a well-executed launch of
its LetsGo Digital Mall platform in 10 markets, supported by the introduction of Enterprise Agility to the
organisation’s ways of working. Through the digitalisation of systems and processes, the Group achieved most of its
target to diversify its product offering, increase its commitment to improving lives with the expansion of socially
impactful financial solutions, ultimately increasing sustainable shareholder value for the long term. During Andrew’s
tenure, profits grew by double digits annually and share price more than doubled. He returned to Ghana during the
second half of 2022 to lead Precept on the next phase of its journey to become a leading firm in Africa.
 Before starting his own firm, he enjoyed a dynamic and successful 22 year career at Standard Chartered Bank, with
his last role based in Singapore as Group Chief Operating Officer (Group COO) for the Retail Bank. As Group Retail
COO, Andrew’s responsibilities spanned 30 countries across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Andrew’s
executive responsibilities included strategic transformation across processes and platforms; client experience;
business/cost efficiencies; risk and compliance. Andrew was also involved in spearheading Standard Chartered’s
retail digital investment strategy, formulating frameworks, policies, procedures and systems to deliver an enhanced
client experience across all consumer segments. Andrew balanced the business by achieving strict levels of
compliance with all local regulatory laws and general legislation, in addition to reinforcing robust operational risk
mitigation.
 Prior to his Group COO role, he held a number of senior roles across Standard Chartered’s Corporate and Retail
divisions, working from regional hubs such as Ghana, Hong Kong, South Africa and Zambia. His previous roles
included Head of Operational Excellence, Hong Kong; Regional Head, Transaction Banking for Banks, Africa;
