A seasoned IT executive with over 32 years of experience, including 23 years internationally. My journey in technology began with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication from Mapua Institute of Technology, complemented by a diploma in MIS from Ateneo Computer Technology Center. I hold multiple certifications, including PCI DSS, PMP, Data Privacy, Vendor Management, and ISMS.

Over the years, I have held pivotal roles such as CTO, CIO, IT Director, and COO across various organizations. My career is marked by strategic IT leadership, from transforming digital infrastructures to leading complex projects across banking, insurance, and telecommunications sectors. I am known for aligning IT strategies with business goals, driving digital transformation, and managing IT governance.

My professional milestones include serving as Chief Information and Transformation Officer at FWD Life Insurance Philippines, where I spearheaded digital initiatives and IT reorganization, achieving significant cost savings and customer satisfaction improvements. At Siy Cha Group, I led a 100% cloud migration and established a robust data privacy framework. My tenure at I-Pay Commerce Ventures saw me enhancing payment gateways and achieving PCI DSS certification.

I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead large, multicultural teams, manage complex portfolios, and implement technology solutions that drive business value. My work has been recognized with awards such as the World CIO 200 SEA Legend Award and FWD Best CX in Digital Application.

In my personal life, I am a Filipino national, fluent in English, Tagalog, and Arabic, and currently residing in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. My career continues to be driven by a passion for leveraging technology to create impactful business solutions.
