Possessing a solid working knowledge of the IT field, including creating new IT departments and restructuring those that were dysfunctional, as well as developing and sustaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans to optimize business growth, Creating a management strategic plan, a digital transformation strategy and roadmap, an IT operation management plan, IT governance, a track record of effectively allocating resources, creating and enhancing diverse teams, and developing them to optimize profitability and efficiency in line with organizational strategy.
